- Say the true thing. Estimates that hold, risks named early, and bad news delivered while it is still cheap to act on.
- Measure, then claim. We instrument before we optimise, so improvements are numbers rather than adjectives.
- Build to hand over. Your repositories, your cloud accounts, documentation your team can act on. No lock-in by obscurity.
- Stay after launch. Shipping is the middle of the project. We monitor, patch and keep improving what is live.
