Our process

A collaborative approach to build exceptional products.

No mystery, no black box. You see progress weekly, you own the code from the first commit, and you always know what happens next.

  1. Step 01

    Discover

We start with the problem, not the feature list. A short discovery — usually one to two weeks — gets us to a written plan: what we are building, what we are deliberately not building yet, and how we will know it worked.

    What you get
    • Written scope and success measures
    • Technical plan and risks
    • Estimate and timeline
  2. Step 02

    Design

Flows and wireframes come before pixels, because rearranging a wireframe costs an afternoon and rearranging a build costs a sprint. You see the interface as a clickable prototype before we write production code.

    What you get
    • User flows and wireframes
    • Interface design and design system
    • Clickable prototype
  3. Step 03

    Develop

We work in short cycles against a staging environment you can open at any time. Code review, typed interfaces and tests are part of the work, not a phase that gets cut when the deadline moves.

    What you get
    • Weekly demos on staging
    • Code in your repositories
    • Tests and CI from day one
  4. Step 04

    Test

Automated tests cover the paths that matter, and we go looking for the ones that break: load, permissions, bad input, hostile input. Anything we find gets fixed before launch or written down as a known limit.

    What you get
    • Automated test suite
    • Performance and load checks
    • Security review notes
  5. Step 05

    Deploy & Support

Launch is a normal working day: an automated pipeline, a monitored rollout and a rollback that takes one click. After that we stay available — for a hand-over, a retainer, or a next phase.

    What you get
    • Automated deploys and rollback
    • Monitoring and alerts
    • Handover docs or a retainer

Working together

The practical details

How we communicate

A shared channel for the day-to-day, a weekly demo on staging, and a written summary so decisions are not trapped in a call.

How we price

Fixed price for a defined scope, or a monthly rate for ongoing work. Discovery is quoted separately so you can stop after it if you want to.

Who owns what

You do. Repositories, cloud accounts, domains and design files are yours from day one — we work inside them rather than handing them over later.

After launch

Either a clean handover with documentation, or a retainer covering monitoring, patching and the next round of improvements.
