The problem
Patients booked consultations by phone, clinicians tracked them on paper, and prescriptions were photographed and messaged. Nothing connected, and no-shows were expensive.
What we built
A telemedicine platform with scheduled video consults, digital prescriptions and automatic reminders. Clinicians get a queue that reflects who has actually arrived; patients get a link that works on a mid-range phone and a poor connection.
How it went
No-shows fell sharply once reminders went out on the channel patients actually read, and prescriptions stopped living in camera rolls.
